My rates vary depending on the length of the assignment, the complexity and the involvement. In initial exploratory meeting costs nothing. Surprisingly there are sometimes relatively quick fixes that can save money immediately, improve profitability and need not cost the earth.

Who am I?
A genuine business man who has been there, done it and got the scars to prove it!
I bought, renovated and ran a hotel for 4 years, selling at a 50% profit. Since then I have helped a number of small business owners turn their businesses around. You can read about a few of these below.

I have spent over 25 years in the hospitality sector. I have worked in small, medium and large businesses, including branded 5 star hotels, Pubs, small regional hotels and restaurants. I have worked both in the UK and abroad. Previous roles have been hotel general manager, hotel owner/operator, consultant, operations manager for a restaurant chain.
